Using the service

QukBuy generates suggested grocery lists based on the household details and meals you provide. Suggestions are estimates: always check quantities, dietary needs, and allergens before shopping or cooking.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

• QukBuy offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
• Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Disrupt or overload our systems, or bypass usage limits.
• Use QukBuy for anything unlawful or harmful.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the meals and lists you create. You grant us the limited right to process them so we can operate the service. The QukBuy name, logo, and app remain our property.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You may stop using QukBuy and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
